BA in Institutional Organization and Management (Universidad Nacional de San Martín) and Master of Arts in Development Management and Policy (Georgetown University), specialized in civil society organizations and their relation with the State and the corporate sector. With profile as an organizer and coordinator of institutional partnerships  and strengthening networks in international institutions such as the Kellogg Foundation of U.S. (in its Buenos Aires office), the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and others. Former Chair  of the association of NGO professionals in Argentina (AGODI) and one of its founders. Capabilities  as practitioner and as a researcher, has published recent works such as: How are  NGOs funded in  Argentina?, by Editorial Biblos, 2005, and the Argentine chapter of the Project "Accountability and transparency of Civil Society Organizations" (www.agodi.org.ar), 2007, among other works.
